According to reports, the former couple’s divorce settlement stipulated that Rubio would pay her ex alimony for three years in the amount of $6,750 per month. Rubio’s former husband purportedly claims in his recent court filing that she mislead him and the court as to her actual income.
Rubio’s former husband reportedly believes that she concealed certain information regarding her finances and income during their divorce negotiation. Among the information he suggests she hid are details regarding contracts she has with a show on Telemundo, as well as the specifics of her “X Factor” contract. He claims that because the amount he is to be receiving in alimony is based on inaccurate information, he is entitled to receive more.
