Cook County Divorce Lawyer
When you face a divorce, you want an attorney who will be compassionate and attentive to your needs while being aggressive in resolving your issues. Cook County divorce lawyer Lois Kulinsky, of Lois Kulinsky & Associates, Ltd., has spent more than 26 years helping thousands of Illinois people get the divorces they need.
Ms. Kulinsky creatively picked up the pieces from a previous, highly touted attorney, who mishandled my unpleasant divorce. Ms. Kulinsky should have been my initial advocate.

If you are a new client, contact our attorneys for a free, half-hour consultation. All later fees will be at reasonable rates; we maximize every client dollar by working as a team. You can pay with credit cards or by an installment plan.
Uncontested Divorce vs. Contested Divorce
In Illinois, a divorce is technically known as "dissolution of marriage." Divorces come in two basic forms: contested and uncontested. In a contested divorce, the two sides do not agree on all the terms of the divorce, and must hire attorneys to negotiate a settlement. If a settlement cannot be reached, a contested divorce will go to trial in court.
In an uncontested divorce, the spouses come to an agreement on their own concerning all the terms of the divorce, from child custody to alimony . There is no need to hire more than one attorney, since our Cook county divorce lawyers can prepare all documents that you need as our client to make the divorce official. And we can so for a flat fee, instead of the hourly rates involved in a contested divorce.
When I was getting divorced, a friend suggested "Contact Lois Kulinsky." I did. She is a fantastic lawyer. Now, I consider her a friend.
