Classes
Lois Kulinsky has taught seminars for attorneys and accountants on tax aspects of Illinois divorce. These seminars focused on the tax treatment of maintenance and property transfers, as well as attorney ethics. They also focused on key issues in valuing and dividing pensions and retirement plans.
