Lake County and Cook County Estate Planning Lawyers
Since graduating from law school in 1980, Lois Kulinsky has handled more than 5,000 cases in the Chicago metro and greater Illinois area. Since 1983, she has led her current law firm, Lois Kulinsky & Associates, Ltd., a close-knit team of attorneys and support staff. We provide high-quality service in a variety of practice areas, including family law, estate planning, probate, and business law.
Just a few of the main assets of our law firm are:
- Trial Experience: Lois Kulinsky has more than 30 years of experience in courts throughout Illinois, achieving successful results in countless cases and earning the nickname "The Bulldog in Pantyhose."
- Communication: Our attorneys return all phone calls promptly and consult frequently with clients to make sure each step of the legal proceeding is understood. We send all clients monthly itemized statements of account so they always stay informed about costs.
- Reputation in the Legal Community: Perhaps the best illustration of our abilities is found in our reputation among our colleagues. A major portion of our clients come from attorney and judge referrals. Lois Kulinsky is a court approved guardian ad litem in Cook County and has been included in Who's Who in American Law.
- Cost-Effectiveness: We offer reasonable rates and work as a team to maximize every dollar. New clients are eligible for a free half-hour initial consultation. After payment of a retainer, any fees can be paid on an installment plan. Credit cards are accepted.
Our lawyers also believe strongly in educating everyone, not just our clients, about important legal matters. Even if you do not become one of our clients, we encourage you to read our articles and FAQs.
"You took the worry and confusion off my shoulders and onto yours. You helped me turn my life around. Thank you for all your hard work." - Annamarie Capparelli - Wheeling, IL. More testimonials.
Lois Kulinsky has taught seminars for attorneys and accountants on tax aspects of Illinois divorce. These seminars focused on the tax treatment of maintenance and property transfers, as well as attorney ethics. They also focused on key issues in valuing and dividing pensions and retirement plans.
