Classes
Lois Kulinsky has taught seminars for attorneys and accountants on the subject of the Tax Aspects of Divorce in Illinois and ethics. These seminars focused on the tax treatment of maintenance and property transfers and on attorney ethics. They also focused on key issues in valuing and dividing pensions and retirement plans.
